Returned Goods (Non Faulty items)
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to return your purchase within 28 days from date of purchase for credit or refund.
It is your responsibility to return purchases in pristine condition and in its original packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods.
Returning Beauty, Earrings, Food, Hampers, Music and DVD, Personalised and made-to-order items.
Refunds will only be given in accordance with your legal rights on the above products. If your product is faulty, damaged or unfit for purpose, please contact the Museum Shop
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or a refund made. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. In the event of any goods supplied being faulty please visit us, or telephone during our opening hours.
All complaints will be dealt with immediately and any actions taken will be fully explained on the same day of possible.
